Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Welfare, Resource and Housing
Who are we?
Krurungal delivers a range of culturally appropriate, community-based services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in the greater Gold Coast region. These include Children and Schooling; Emergency Relief; and Community Pathway Connector programs, as well as support for people with severe mental illness transitioning to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or other services.
We work closely with family, friends, support people, carers and other services on behalf of community members to ensure you receive culturally appropriate support and that your health and wellbeing is addressed in a holistic manner. We are funded by the Federal Departments of Prime Minister and Cabinet; Social Services; and Health (through the Gold Coast Primary Health Network, or GCPHN) to deliver our services.
